彩钢夹芯板在安装之前应尽可能保留出厂时的包装，宜存放于室内。如堆放在室外，堆放地点应平整，不得有积水且上空不应有起重设备和重物经过，板下用垫木垫高20cm，板与板之间要放置软性材料，同型号的板放置在一起，每垛板上应有易于识别的板型标签，并覆盖防雨油布。堆放场地应设置临时围挡，避免人员走动造成板材不必要的损坏。

搬运板材时应两头同时抬起，以免损坏表面氧化膜或涂层。安装墙面板时，每次只能起吊1块板，应采用厂家提供的专用夹具在墙板长度方向的拼接处2点起吊墙板。起吊过程中要缓慢进行，要用风绳加以控制，避免与已安装的墙板磕碰，脚手架突出部位用软性材料包裹。

夹芯板的固定主要有2种方式：一种是自攻螺钉穿过墙板直接固定在墙面次结构上。另一种方式是自攻螺钉通过连接件间接与墙面次结构连接。

耐候胶的使用
